It's What's for Breakfast

This morning I contemplated making some sort of cakey thing, some delectable concoction.
Then I opened my refrigerator and found Prima Donna.
My father bought some for us yesterday at the Italian market in Philly. It's a cheese that someone said "combines the sweetness of Gruyere with the firmness of Parmigiano-Reggiano." The red wax version is aged longer and oh.
My sister had it out on Christmas day and it's been the family obsession since.
So this morning I had a few slivers of Prima Donna and a handful of pretzel balls from the Amish Market for breakfast.
Donuts can't hold a candle to a sliver of Prima Donna from the Italian Market.
The best part is I'm the only one in the house that knows it.

Yum Yum.... can't wait to try it. I love cheese and have never had the pleasure of tasting Prima Donna. I'll put it on my "to do" list!

I'll have to try that.

Listen, your background is all white. I don't know if there's a quirk somewhere or if you did it on purpose. But I like it.

And finally: I have updated My Hats Blog. I'm sure you'll like it. Stop by.
