Soapy Hokey Pokey
Sean took his first shower today. He usually takes baths. While he was showering I was stocking the cabinet and straightening things. I left for a few minutes and came back to hear him quietly singing "The Hokey Pokey" behind the glass doors. I reached in and turned the water off and handed him the towel.
"I like doing the Hokey Pokey in the shower," he said, wrapping the towel around himself.
"Don't do it in the shower..." I began.
"Why not?" he asked innocently.
"Because you'l -"
"I could fall at the end?" he interupted.
"What do you mean 'at the end'" I asked for curiosity sake.
"Because," he answered, pushing his face nearer to mine to explain the obvious, "you put your whole self in."
"I like doing the Hokey Pokey in the shower," he said, wrapping the towel around himself.
